Since Beltane Festival is a ticketed event, crews are needed to liaise with the venues selling tickets, and organise the selling of tickets on the night. The ticket revenue from Beltane Festival only covers the cost of putting on our events, and generates no profits for the society. There is a substantial cost and administrative issue with selling tickets on the night, not to mention our frequent 'selling out'.
