Production
At all the festivals, there is a large amount of planning and organisation required to make sure the festivals get off the ground. This work is done by the festival producer, production manager and health and safety officer, who liaise with the council and police, buy and hire equipment, construct props and staging, and perform a hundred and one other jobs which are essential to each festival, with the aid of the tech crew.
